With the qualities of | View: Ventilation: Sunlight | of Sham Shui Po in mind, the aim of the design is to extrude the building in a porous way to bring the outside qualities inside. Each of the units need to follow the regulations, and all the installations have their regulations as well. The main structure of this building is the central circulation core where the units will branch out from. Public areas are scattered in the building space and also act as counterweight for the units to balance. The units are custom made. Users pick their own unit size and placement following the regulations. This building is often under-construction, it would only be completed once no more units can fulfill the regulations.
